INTRODUCTION

The TYP1 series ultra efficient three-phase variable frequency permanent magnet synchronous motor must be used in conjunction with a vector frequency converter. The rotor of this series of motors adopts a built-in permanent magnet structure, which has a certain convex torque. The frequency converter equipped with the maximum torque/current ratio control method enables this series of motors to have a high power factor, low no-load current and working current, and low copper loss throughout the entire speed range. After embedding a permanent magnet in the rotor, the rotor and stator magnetic field operate synchronously during normal operation. The rotor winding has no induced current, and there is no rotor resistance or hysteresis loss, improving the efficiency of the motor; When the motor operates at a load of 35% -120%, the efficiency and power factor are both high, and the energy-saving effect is obvious.
